    White Fine Cotton Dress Shirt

The white shirt is the foundation of a disciplined wardrobe.

It reveals proportion, balance, and structure more clearly than any other garment.

Shoulder alignment, collar balance, sleeve pitch, and length are all immediately visible.

For this reason, the white shirt serves as the reference garment for establishing your personal shirt pattern.

    One Collar. Properly Balanced.

This shirt features a rounded point collar with hidden tabs designed to maintain structure while remaining visually clean.

The rounded points frame the face naturally, while the concealed tabs provide subtle lift when worn with a tie.

The result is a collar that remains balanced throughout the day without visible hardware.

    Fit Comes Before Fabric

At Harman Ateliers, garments begin with proportion.

Each shirt is drafted from the measurements you submit and reviewed before production begins.

This process ensures that the pattern aligns with the structure of the garment before it is produced.

Rather than endless customization, the design is intentionally controlled to preserve balance and clarity.

    Measurement Process

Measurements are taken from a shirt that already fits you well.

Using the guided instructions provided in our measurement guide, you will record key dimensions such as shoulder width, chest, sleeve length, and collar.

Height and weight are also included as reference points for pattern review.

If additional verification is required, we may request reference photos before drafting your pattern.
