Measure a shirt that fits you well and use those dimensions as the reference for your personal pattern.
In addition to the shirt measurements, please provide the following:

• Weight
This information helps us understand overall body proportion and verify measurement consistency before drafting your pattern.
This method provides greater accuracy than body measurements and helps ensure balanced proportion from the start.
To ensure accurate measurements:
• Use a shirt that fits you well
• Button the shirt completely
• Lay the shirt flat on a smooth surface
• Smooth out wrinkles before measuring
Use a flexible measuring tape and record each measurement carefully.
