Refund policy

Made-to-Measure Garments

All made-to-measure garments are crafted exclusively to your individual measurements and specifications. As such, all made-to-measure orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

We review every measurement submission carefully before production begins. If you have concerns upon receiving your garment, please contact us at hello@harmanateliers.com within 7 days of delivery and we will assess the situation directly.

Ready-to-Wear Footwear

We accept exchanges on ready-to-wear footwear within 7 days of delivery for the same model in a different size, subject to availability.

To qualify for an exchange:
- Item must be unworn and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- Exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery date

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Harman Ateliers cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges are processed for the same model in a different size only. If the requested size is unavailable, an alternative, store credit, or refund will be issued. We do not accept returns on footwear.
