Shipping policy

Domestic Orders (United States)

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS.

- Ready-to-wear footwear ships within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery is 4–5 business days.
- Made-to-measure garments enter production once your measurements are reviewed and approved. Estimated production time is approximately 3 weeks, after which your garment is shipped directly to you.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via the most economical carrier available at the time of fulfillment. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be confirmed at the time of shipment.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. Harman Ateliers has no control over customs processing times and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. For made-to-measure garments, tracking is provided at the time of dispatch following production completion.
